The Committee on Government Organization  moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 4511 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §5A-1-3a, relating to placing a moratorium on the Department of Administration’s purchase of real property; providing for sunset of the moratorium; and providing for a legislative audit.”
